贴片led灯珠正负极判断方法

1、标识分辨
比如一些贴片发光二极管在底部都会有”T”形字眼或倒过来的三角形字眼,”T”型字眼一横的两边分别为正极和负极;三角形符号靠近边的为正极,靠近角的为负极;
2、引脚分辨
贴片LED灯珠发光二极管的引脚一般情况下,长的为正极,短的为负极;
3、观察二极管体内引线分辨
侧面方向观察,管体内会有两条引线,通过大小来区分,大的线为负极,小的线为正极;
4、万用表测试方法区分
万用表档位调到“欧姆x1”档,接通电源,贴片灯珠发光,将红表笔连接到正极端口,黑表笔连接到负极端口。
注:因为一些特殊原因,可能导致LED灯珠开启限制电压为1.5-1.8V。当电压值较低时,有可能数字万用表无法启动。
5、通过缺口来判断
例:led灯珠在照明产品中经常用到6065款式的贴片LED灯珠为例,灯珠通常呈现出正方形形状,四个直角中存在着一个角为缺口,通过缺口来判断,有缺口的一端为:负极,另一端即为:正极。
判断贴片led灯珠发光二极管正负极的方法有非常之多,可以根据身边现有的,可以利用的工具、设备去进行判断,从而分辨出正负极。
