LED贴片灯珠发黄发黑是什么原因?

LED的基本结构是一个电致发光半导体材料的芯片,用银胶或白胶固化在支架上,然后用金线与电路板连接,再用环氧树脂将四周密封,起到保护内部芯线和安装外壳的作用。
LED灯珠发黄的原因:
1、LED灯珠使用荧光粉进行调光调色,同时当灯珠出现荧光粉中毒,则导致灯珠发黄发黑。(荧光粉被硫化物侵蚀后,出中毒现象,灯体变黑变质,荧光粉失效,LED灯珠变黄。)
2、封装过程中,无论是锡膏还是点焊,出现错误都会导致荧光粉发生化学反应。严重关乎到LED灯珠的质量。
LED灯珠焊接完成,底部变黄变黑,荧光粉胶水变透明==>属于LED灯珠硫化现象。
原理:
①.贴片LED灯珠支架一般是铜镀银(银层发亮,反射光)支架设计。
②.LED高温焊接下,如果气密性条件不良,碰到硫或硫蒸气,则造成支架上的银层与硫发生化学反应(ag+s=ags↓),形成ags。完全反应后,LED灯珠的金丝会出现断裂,开路,直到死灯。
