为了减少LED蓝光对人体产生的负面影响,下面有几点小建议:
1、使用暖白色灯作为家庭照明;
2、为防止生物钟被打乱,晚上和睡觉前减少与LED屏幕的接触;
3、所使用的LED产品,蓝光限制在安全标准以内;
4、限制汽车前大灯的照明强度,确保道路安全。
