什么是LED灯珠的发光角度?
LED灯珠的发光角度又称功率角度,通常我们使用半功率角度,即50%发光强度的角度记做2&1/2。
二极管发光角度也就是其光线散射角度,主要靠二极管生产时加散射剂来控制,有三大类:
(1)高指向性。一般为尖头环氧封装,或是带金属反射腔封装,且不加散射剂。发光角度5°~20°或更小,具有很高的指向性,可作局部照明光源用,或与光检出器联用以组成自动检测系统。
(2)标准型。通常作指示灯用,其发光角度为20°~45°。
(3)散射型。这是视角较大的指示灯,发光角度为45°~90°或更大,散射剂的量较大;
